"Good stock most of the time"
I found the grips I was looking for in stock, which was a relief. A couple of the colors were sold out, but there were still enough options that I didn’t feel like I had to settle too much. I’m always a little careful about ordering stuff online, so I appreciated that the shipping update came through quickly.

"Decent, but not quite what I expected"
The material feels okay overall, but it’s a bit rougher than I thought it would be. I expected it to feel a little nicer, honestly. Now I feel like I have to put in extra effort to make it work or soften it up, which is kind of annoying.

"Surprisingly Helpful Support"
I had a small question about my order, i was kind of suspicious going in because I half expected either no reply or some generic copy-paste answer. But they got back to me quickly and actually addressed what I asked. They helped me figure out what I needed without turning it into a whole hassle. The order went smoothly after that, which was a nice surprise. It’s just good to deal with a company that replies like an actual person

"Comfortable and easy on the wrist"
This just feels right in my hand. The grip is comfortable, and my wrist doesn’t start getting tired nearly as fast. It’s the kind of simple thing that makes using it a lot more pleasant, which you’d hope would be the standard anyway.

"Good grip, maybe a little rough"
The texture feels good overall, and the grip holds up even when my hands start to sweat. It is a bit rough though, or at least it feels that way to me. I keep wondering if I just need to get used to it, but the traction is definitely solid.

"Info was accurate, I just picked a bad time to order"
I ordered some grips from LOK Grips, and the product info was pretty much what I hoped for. The pictures looked like what showed up, the texture description was accurate, and the fit info helped me avoid ordering the wrong set.

The only thing I’d nitpick is that a few measurements could be easier to compare on the page. I also think I ordered at a bad time when I was in a hurry, so that probably made me notice it more. Overall though, there weren’t any real surprises when it arrived, and the info felt reliable.

"Looks decent, but didn’t help much"
It looks fine and I wanted to like it, but my shooting control didn’t really get any better. After a few range trips, it still felt kind of slippery to me. Maybe it works better for other people, but I didn’t notice much improvement. And I’ll just say it, I’m tired of automated systems acting like every product is a perfect fit for everyone. This one just wasn’t it for me.

"Easy site to get around"
I found what I needed quick, and the pages was loading just fine. Checkout wasn’t confusing at all, which I always appreciate. It’s a nice simple site with no weird popups or extra steps getting in the way. I’d use LOK Grips again.

"Not the First Impression I Wanted"
I was annoyed when my grips showed up in this flimsy little mailer with almost no padding. By the time it got to me, the package was bent, and one corner was ripped open, which made me feel like my order wasn’t handled with much care.
The grips themselves might end up being fine, but for what I paid, I expected my stuff to arrive in better shape. As a first order, this really didn’t give me much confidence, and I’m not exactly excited to order again.

"Decent grips, but not the best value"
The grips are nice and they fit just fine, so I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself. That said, for the price I kind of expected a bit more, or at least cheaper shipping. They’re not a bad purchase by any means, but I wouldn’t call them a great value either. I’d probably buy them again if they were on sale.

"Support was frustrating"
The grips themselves were fine, but trying to return them and get any warranty help was a headache. Replies took forever, and I kept having to explain the same issue over and over like no one was actually tracking it. whoever runs this side of things needs to get it together. I eventually just gave up, and the whole experience made me not want to order again.

"Tracking Was Useless for Me"
I ordered and got barely any tracking info. The status just seemed to sit there for days, and I kept having to check it myself because I wasn’t getting clear updates or emails. From my experience, it felt like nobody was really keeping me in the loop, which was frustrating.

"Perfect Fit Right Out of the Box"
Ordered these grips for my CZ they lined up perfectly with the factory screws. I was kind of expecting to have to sand something or fiddle with them a bit, but nope, just took the old ones off and put these right on. The fit is nice and tight too, which I really like. Looks clean, feels right, and yeah, I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a set expecting it to take maybe a week or two, but the production time ended up stretching out a lot longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the lack of updates was kind of unnecessary, and I found myself having to check in more than I wanted to. The grips themselves are good, so no complaints there, but I wouldn’t order these if you’re in a rush.

"Arrived eventually, but the wait was frustrating"
It took longer than expected to get here, which was annoying. It did finally arrive, so I’ll give them that, but the whole delivery timing felt like one of those policy loopholes where they can technically say it’s still within some vague window even though it feels late to the customer

"I assumed the color would look…"
I assumed the color would look pretty much like it did in the photos, since that’s usually the pattern with stuff I order, but this one looked a bit off in person.

"The grips went on mostly fine…"
The grips went on mostly fine, but getting them lined up right took me a few tries and was kind of frustrating. The instructions weren’t super clear, and what made it more annoying was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out the best way to install them. Not terrible overall, but definitely not as easy as I thought it would be
